Conditions of Use

Deposit & Payment
Full payment is required on all orders prior to delivery. Preferred payment method is via direct deposit only. Cheques will not be accepted unless cleared prior to delivery.

Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to an order can be made 3 days prior to dispatch. Any cancellations on orders over $500.00 a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.

Delivery
While we will make every effort to have your goods delivered on your preferred date or within the estimated delivery timeframes, Instyle Hampers does not accept responsibility for and is not liable for any delivery delays. A late delivery or delivery not on your preferred date does not entitle you to a refund of the delivery fee.

Instyle Hampers accepts no responsibility for any errors you make when entering orders, delivery instructions, card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered as a result of an incorrect address any additional delivery charge will be passed on to the customer.

Instyle Hampers is not liable for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address where the recipient has granted permission to leave the goods unattended. CANCELLATIONS

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
All gift boxes and hampers are packed with due care and safety to avoid damage or breakage. In the event delivered goods are damaged or faulty, please inform Instyle Hampers within 5 days of delivery. We are happy to replace those goods once they have been posted back to Instyle Hamper Shop and deemed faulty or damaged. A replacement item will then be delivered to the recipient at no extra cost.

Hampers
In the unlikely event that an individual item in a hamper is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If you do not want us to do this please state this at the time of order.

Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over 18 years of age.

Agreement
Placing an order with Instyle Hamper Shop constitutes an offer to enter an agreement to purchase goods. This offer is only accepted by Instyle Hamper Shop when the goods are dispatched.
