This Delivery Details Policy governs the manner in which Instyle Hamper Shop processes online orders for delivery.

Below are some of the freight charges to destinations. If you are still unsure as to freight charges then select a hamper from the online shop and go through to check out and see what freight charge has been applied. Alternatively call Helen on 0415 676 355.

LOCAL DELIVERY IS $7.00

(AM PICKUP - PM DELIVERY OR PM PICKUP - AM DELIVERY)

Local delivery includes ALBURY/WODONGA, BEECHWORTH, WANGARATTA, COROWA AND WAGGA WAGGA and most destinations inbetween.

TO MELBOURNE, GEELONG, BENDIGO and CANBERRA is $15.00

(NEXT DAY DELIVERY)

It also includes regional areas such as BRIGHT, MYRTLEFORD, BENALLA, FINELY, DENILIQUIN, LEETON and GRIFFITH.

TO SYDNEY, NTH & STH COAST IS $15.00

(1-2 DAYS SERVICE)

This includes areas such as WOLLONGONG, CENTRAL COAST, NEW CASTLE and PORT MACQUARIE.

TO BRISBANE, GOLD COAST, SUNSHINE COAST, TOOWOOMBA, CAPRICORN COAST, COFFS HARBOUR IS $20.00

(2-3 DAYS SERVICE)

This includes areas such as Northern Rivers (NSW) and Wide Bay (QLD).

THE REST OF NSW AND VICTORIA AND FAR NORTH QUEEENSLAND IS $26.00

(3-7 DAY SERVICE)

TO ADELAIDE, LAUNCESTON AND HOBART IS $20.00

(2-3 DAYS SERVICE)

TO PERTH, PARTS OF QUEENSLAND, PARTS OF STH AUSTRALIA AND TASMANIA IS $35.00

(7-10 DAYS SERVICE)

TO OUTBACK AUSTRALIA EG: MOST WA, ALL NT, PARTS OF SA AND PARTS OF QLD IS $55.00

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

This Refunds and Returns Policy governs the manner in which Instyle Hamper Shop handles refunds and returns of online purchases.

*All cancellation gift orders must be made by 10am on the day of delivery. You will receive a full refund less a $10 administration fee. We do not accept cancellations once the gift has been dispatched.
* All hampers/gift boxes are packed with extreme care to avoid damage, spoilage or breakage and are despatched in supreme condition. In the event that the hamper/gift doesn't arrive in excellent condition the customer needs to notify Instyle Hamper Shop within 48hrs of receipt of the gift. The hamper/gift must be returned to us in full and we will reimburse all reasonable postal costs incurred and we will replace free of charge the affected item or hamper/gift.
